Forgot your password?

Metiva accounts are set up for you by your operator, so passwords are reset by request.

Metiva doesn't use self-serve password reset. Your account is provisioned centrally, so a fresh password is issued by your Metiva operator and delivered to you securely.

Get a new password

  1. Email your Metiva operator from the address on your account.
  2. Confirm the email address you sign in with.
  3. You'll receive a temporary password out-of-band. Sign in and you'll be prompted to change it.
